A.c Cleaner / Basic Coat
First of all A.c Cleaner coating will be done. It has three purposes
I It opens the pores of concrete
II After its Application, even the small heir cracks which are normally can not be seen by naked eyes become visible
III It makes the surface transparent, so that the application of next chemical become easy
Plaster Epoxy Coating (Para-Mol + Cement)
(Primer Coat)
After A.c Cleaner, Plaster Epoxy coating will be done on whole shell. It is very much plastic in nature. It penetrates into the pores open by the A.c Cleaner and closes them permanently
Cracks Treatment
I S.c will be filled inside the cracks
II Pc Cotton will be taken and will be cut according to the size of cracks (one inch more on the both sides)
III It will be made wet in Plaster Epoxy and then be pasted over the cracks
Valley Treatment
A similar treatment as for cracks, will be done in valleys but with double pc system at this time
Rubber Epoxy Coating
Now two successive coats of
Para-Plus (rubber epoxy) namely sticking and flood respectively will be done on whole shell
Fast Action (5m) Liquid Fiber
Finally this chemical will be coated on all Pc points cited above
